Designation: Marketing Manager
Job Location: Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Must be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
  • Campaign planning across FB, YT, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Affiliates Network
  • Ability to control: new user, acquisition, cost per user, quality of new user, website traffic Management and Improvement in given timeframe.
  • Ideate, collaborate and drive rigorous execution against marketing strategy.
  • S/he must be proficient to determine the budget and targets and they are often charged with developing pricing strategies for products and services.
  • They must play a critical role in aligning creative direction in marketing with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Promote the business, product and services using various tools.
  • Updating to the management for the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.

Education Requirements

  • At least, Bachelor’s degree (preferred: degree in sales and marketing)
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience in online and offline.
  • Experience with paid channels like Google Search, Display, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads etc., A/B testing, (eg. Optimizely, Google optimize) Analytics (eg. Google Analytics,) and Affiliate Marketing.

Essential Skills

  • Self-starter, strong creative and soft skills combined with an affinity for data.
  • Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work and adapt in an ever-changing fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • To provide marketing training to the people under you.
  • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
  • Ability to think innovatively and creatively.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in Content Management, Website Designing, Graphic design, YouTube Promotion, Thumbnails Management, Ads Management on all Platform.
  • Product Listing on various platform like amazon, flip kart etc.
  • Better understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.

Day to Day Duties

  • Analysis and execution of new marketing ideas.
  • Generate the lead for new admissions.
  • Return of Investment should be properly managed.
  • Generate lead everyday as per given budget.
  • Analysis of data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts.
  • Brand marketing and exposure of the product on various channels.
  • Evaluation and execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor current campaigns, ensuring the deadlines and necessary tasks.
  • Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies.
