Job Description

  • Provide Counselling on call and convert the leads into admission.
  • Have to complete the target of admission on the daily and monthly basis.
  • Manage daily inbound and outbound call activity with circulation on Customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a healthy admission pipeline through outbound. Use admission Playbook and reach out to the relevant contacts in the accounts assigned to you by sending cold but highly personalised mails.
  • Reach out to inbound leads in a timely fashion and pitch for a demo. Customize the demo pitch according to the prospects and the situation.
  • Follow up to all the candidates who have enquired for courses.
  • Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects.

Skill Requirement

  • 2-4 years of business development experience in a Digital Marketing Institute / IT company / Education Sector – Proven track record in achieving sales target.
  • Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
  • Strong Strategic mindset understanding of customer’s requirements.
  • Strong business acumen, logical and analytical skills, negotiation skills
  • Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Digging deep into the industry, competitors and the latest trends
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

Qualifications

  • Graduation in any stream with digital marketing knowledge
  • Management degree (BBA/ MBA) with digital marketing knowledge
