Job Description
Provide Counselling on call and convert the leads into admission.
Have to complete the target of admission on the daily and monthly basis.
Manage daily inbound and outbound call activity with circulation on Customer satisfaction.
Maintain a healthy admission pipeline through outbound. Use admission Playbook and reach out to the relevant contacts in the accounts assigned to you by sending cold but highly personalised mails.
Reach out to inbound leads in a timely fashion and pitch for a demo. Customize the demo pitch according to the prospects and the situation.
Follow up to all the candidates who have enquired for courses.
Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects.
Skill Requirement
2-4 years of business development experience in a Digital Marketing Institute / IT company / Education Sector – Proven track record in achieving sales target.
Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
Strong Strategic mindset understanding of customer’s requirements.
Strong business acumen, logical and analytical skills, negotiation skills
Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Digging deep into the industry, competitors and the latest trends
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

Qualifications
Graduation in any stream with digital marketing knowledge
Management degree (BBA/ MBA) with digital marketing knowledge
